The official app for Minnesota Academy of Family Physicians (MAFP) CME conferences is comprised of guides to the MAFP’s two annual CME conferences:
Spring Refresher – Minnesota’s largest CME conference planned by and for family physicians. This conference is held in Minneapolis or St. Paul during the spring and includes an Xperience Hall with conference partners and two full days of educational sessions in multiple tracks. The conference is paired with the annual convening of the House of Delegates, the MAFP’s annual business and policy-setting session.
Destination CME – The (other) great Minnesota get-together, offering clinical education and fun for family physicians. This summer conference is held at a Minnesota destination location (such as Alexandria or Duluth) and includes an intimate exhibit hall with conference partners and two half-days of educational sessions.
The Minnesota Academy of Family Physicians (MAFP) is the largest medical specialty organization in Minnesota, representing more than 3,200 family physicians, family medicine residents and medical students. The MAFP is a state chapter of the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP), one of the largest national medical organizations in the United States, representing 129,000 physicians and medical students nationwide.
The MAFP promotes the specialty of family medicine in Minnesota and supports family physicians as they provide high quality, comprehensive and continuous medical care for patients of all ages. Support of the profession includes multiple continuing medical education (CME) events throughout the year, providing educational sessions covering the latest trends and information from family medicine thought leaders.
